Our Moo is our Joy, our Bliss, our Happiness and we ALL have one.. This book is a metaphor for life. We all get sad from time to time for no reason, and that's okay, don't let it get you doubly down! And don't go looking 'out there' to find a fix. Our Moo is always right inside of us, just get out of your own way and let it out. Cows are very simple, wonderful animals and I hope you too can find some wisdom and simplicity in thinking of your joy as your Moo. Always remember to never follow the Herd, just moove to the beat of your own Moo. cattle books cow stuff her moo
This is me with my wife in Blarney, Ireland. My Moo is the loudest when I'm doing goofy things and she both encourages and inspires me Moo it up. She's also an Enabler, often joining in my antics, doubling and tripling the fun.
Do you really want to know about me? Do you really care? I'd be amazed if you do, might even question what you're doing with your life that leads you to have time for me. But, if you insist, here it goes. I was born a Leo in the Year of the Ox, whatever that means. Until 2016 when I met my wife, I lived a fairly rogue and capricious life that saw me graduate from West Point and become an Army Officer as the means to the end of being an Actor. Along the way I tried my hand as a Construction Superintendent, Financial Wholesaler, and Bouncer, among other things. But my wife made me a father and I've finally found my true occupation. We now have 3 awesome kids, 4 dogs, 1 house, and 0 sanity left--but I wouldn't change a thing, this family is amazing. It took me 4 decades, but I am finally an adult.
As for my still semi-active acting career, I've had a good run, working with actors like Ben Kingsley, Rob Lowe, Forrest Whitaker, and Nathan Fillion. If you want to see more details, you can find me on IMDB at: https://www.imdb.me/jackkennedy. However, you won't find details about my FAVORITE job as an actor, as seen in the photo to your left: doing a sketch on stage with Martin Short, wherein I mollycoddled him in my arms while he sucked on my thumb and 'played' me like the bagpipes, both of us in Scottish kilts, of course. I think that moment pretty much sums up my existence--random.
On a cold, blustery September day in Ireland, the author happened upon a cow pasture and felt inspired to encourage the cows to keep their heads up during their battle with the elements. He then jumped over the wall and frolicked with them for a bit.
